Our database currently includes more than 250,000 file wrappers. Our collection includes randomly sampled Utility, Design, Inter Partes and Ex Parte Reexamination wrappers. We have also developed curated sets of file wrappers (e.g. we have a large set of file wrappers that have seen CAFC appeal activity).
Practitioner accounts include a free 7 day trial.

File Wrapper Requests:
Practitioners can request that we add certain Public-PAIR-accessible file histories to our repository. File wrappers are pulled from the USPTO's Public PAIR bulk data repository. Not all Public-PAIR accessible file wrappers are made available through this service, so we cannot guarantee all file wrappers can be added. Once added, users can easily search, access and share their applications.
- We make cancellation very easy - after your subscription begins, a "Cancel" link will appear on your account page. Simply click the link, confirm you want to cancel, and you're done. No phone call necessary.
