Associations between cases and attorneys/agents in our database are made, in part, using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processing of image-based patent records. OCR is not perfect, so some cases may be missassociated.
This search is based on information derived from a sampling of patent file wrapper records. That means that attorney profiles are not complete. Some will be more complete than others.
Please note that our profiles are built from a blend of publicly available data sources.
What does this mean?
You should not make direct comparisons between attorneys/agents in this database.
This search tool should only be used to help you identify attorneys/agents that have experience in a certain technology area, with a certain prosecution topic or that may have experience working with specific companies. It can also help you find an attorney in a certain geographical area.
